What every cleaning includes
No “basic package” that leaves out the parts that matter. Every room gets the full process.
- Walk-through first. We look at the carpet with you, note stains and problem spots, and agree on the plan.
- Pre-spray and spot treatment. Traffic lanes and everyday spots are treated before the rinse.
- Hot-water extraction. A commercial machine rinses deep and pulls the dirty water back out.
- Grooming. Fibers are brushed upright so the carpet dries evenly and looks fresh.
- Furniture care. Light pieces moved and set back on protective pads and tabs.
- Drying fans and aftercare. We speed up drying and tell you when it's ready.

Questions, answered
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Carpet cleaning is $45 a room, hallways are $19, and stairs are priced per step. Every visit has a $99 minimum. Use the calculator at the top of this page to see your exact price before you book. Arkansas sales tax is added to the final bill.
How long does it take to dry?
Most carpet is dry to the touch in a few hours, but it can take longer depending on humidity, airflow and the carpet, so we cannot promise a drying time. We leave drying fans running while we work and tell you when it is safe to walk on and when to put furniture back. Good airflow and the AC or heat running speed things up.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please pick up small items, toys and anything breakable. We move light furniture like chairs and end tables, and we protect furniture legs with pads and tabs when we put things back. We clean around beds, dressers, entertainment centers and other heavy pieces.
What cleaning method do you use?
Hot-water extraction, sometimes called steam cleaning, with a commercial machine. We pre-spray traffic lanes and spots, rinse the carpet, pull the dirty water out, and groom the fibers so they dry standing up.
Can you get out every stain?
No, and no honest carpet cleaner can promise that. We remove most everyday dirt and stains, but some stains are permanent or only lighten: bleach and chemical spots, dyes from drinks, food, makeup or hair products, rust, ink, old pet urine that has reached the pad, and stains that have been scrubbed or treated with store-bought products. Stains can also wick back up as carpet dries. We will point out problem spots during the walk-through, and we never guarantee that any particular stain, odor or spot will come out.
Will the pet odor go away?
Our pet odor treatment helps break down urine at the surface, but when urine has soaked through to the pad or subfloor, odor can remain or come back, especially in humid weather. Fully removing deep odor can require replacing pad or sealing the subfloor, which we do not do. We cannot guarantee odor removal.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us within 72 hours. If you are unhappy with how an area was cleaned, we will come back and re-clean that area at no charge. That re-clean is the only remedy we offer for results. Please read our Service Terms for how we handle pre-existing conditions, furniture and claims.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use cleaning products made for homes, rinse thoroughly, and do not leave sticky residue behind. Keep pets and little ones off wet carpet until it dries.
How do I pay?
You get your bill by text or email when the job is done. Pay by card or bank from your phone, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, cash or check.
What is the meal plan?
2% of every job buys meals for people experiencing homelessness in Central Arkansas. You can add more when you pay if you like, and we send you proof of the meals your cleaning paid for.
Do you clean for landlords and businesses?
Yes. We do move-out and turnover cleanings for landlords and property managers, and recurring cleaning for offices and small businesses. Open a business account for business rates, net terms and one invoice a month.
Do you need a deposit?
Bigger jobs may ask for a small deposit to hold your day. It comes off your final bill and is refunded if you cancel with enough notice.
