Effective 2026-10-21. This policy explains how Priestley Holdings LLC, doing business as twoswipes (“we,” “us”), handles information on this website and when we provide services. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to this policy and our Service Terms.

- Ubicación. Convertimos tu dirección en un punto del mapa para planear rutas. No rastreamos tu teléfono.
- Para qué lo usamos. Para hacer tu trabajo, mandarte mensajes y facturas, llevar nuestros libros, mejorar el servicio y cumplir la ley.
- Con quién lo compartimos. Solo con proveedores que nos ayudan (pagos, correo, mensajes de texto, mapas, hospedaje) o cuando la ley lo pide. No vendemos tu información.
- Tus opciones. Responde STOP a cualquier mensaje de texto, usa el enlace para cancelar en los correos, o pídenos ver, corregir o borrar tus datos.

Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address, the items you want cleaned, preferred dates, notes, whether you have pets, how you heard about us, and anything you send us by text, email or phone.
- Job records: appointment times, prices, payments, photos of the areas and items we clean, notes about conditions, and messages about your job.
- Technical information: your internet (IP) address and basic request details our server logs automatically, used to keep the site secure and stop spam. We record the IP address and time when you agree to our Service Terms.
- Unfinished bookings: if you type your phone or email into the booking form, we save what you picked so you can finish later. If you don't finish, we may email your saved quote and a one-time discount (up to two messages), and text it only if you ticked the box asking for texts.
- Photos you upload: photos you add when booking are kept privately for your job.
- Location: we look up the map location of your service address (using public mapping services) to plan our driving route.
- Payments: if you pay by card, the card is handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers.
Cookies
This site uses one essential cookie to keep forms secure and, for our staff, to stay signed in. Your price selections may be kept in your own browser for that visit so you don't lose them. We don't use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address; see Google's privacy policy.
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, perform and follow up on your service, and to send estimates, bills and receipts.
- To contact you by call, text or email about your booking, payment, reviews, meal-plan proof, and occasional reminders when it may be time for another cleaning.
- To keep business, tax and legal records, handle claims and disputes, and enforce our Service Terms.
- To protect the site and our business from fraud, spam and abuse.
- To improve our services. Photos that don't identify you or your address may be used in our marketing as described in our Service Terms.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, you agree to receive texts about your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.
How we share information
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run the business (web hosting, email, texting, payment processing, bookkeeping, and insurance), who may use it only to provide those services;
- with our professional advisors, insurers, and, for card disputes, the card company;
- when required by law, court order or legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others;
- as part of a sale, merger or transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and job records for as long as needed for the purposes above, including tax and legal requirements, which is generally several years. We keep photos for our records and portfolio. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections when the site is served over HTTPS, password-protected admin access, and restricted file access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
Your choices
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information. We'll do so unless we're required or permitted to keep it (for example, for tax records or an open claim).
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in them or by asking us.
- Ask us not to use photos of your home in our marketing.
Children
This site and our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
