Términos de Servicio
Version 2026-10-21. These terms apply to every service by twoswipes, a service of Priestley Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), and to your use of this website. “You” means the person who books or receives our services, and anyone who lets us into the property.

1. Agreeing to these terms
You agree to these terms when you book with us online, by phone, text or email, when you confirm an appointment, or when you let us begin work, whichever comes first. If you don't agree, please don't book. The version in effect on the day you book applies to that job. We record the version you agreed to with your booking. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here; changes don't affect jobs already booked.
2. Our services
We provide carpet, rug, stair and upholstery cleaning, plus the optional treatments listed on our price list, using hot-water extraction and related methods we choose based on our judgment. We decide the cleaning method, products, equipment and order of work. We don't perform repairs, re-stretching, dyeing, pad or subfloor replacement, mold remediation, water damage restoration, biohazard cleanup or pest treatment unless we agree in writing.
3. Estimates and prices
- Online prices are estimates. They are based on what you select and on typical room sizes (a “room” is up to about 250 square feet; combined or open areas may count as more than one room).
- The final price may differ if the areas, sizes, number of items, soil level or conditions differ from what was booked, or if you ask for more work. We will tell you about any change and get your OK before doing the extra work.
- Every visit has a $99 minimum charge.
- Arkansas sales tax is added to the final bill.
- Prices on this website can change at any time. The price that applies is the one confirmed with you before work begins. If a price on this site is wrong because of a typo or technical error, we aren't bound by it.
- Smart pricing. Our list prices follow published prices in our area and change from time to time. Some days cost less than others based on our schedule. The price shown when you book, including any day discount, is the estimate we honor for the work you booked. "Typical area price" figures are estimates from public price guides and other companies' published prices, are for comparison only, and are not a promise about any other company's price.
- Discounts and codes. Day discounts, flexible-date discounts, promo codes and referral credits can't be exchanged for cash, may have conditions shown when you use them, combine only up to the limit shown at booking, and never reduce a visit below the minimum charge. A flexible-date booking means you let us choose the day that week; if you need to move the day we pick, the flexible discount may not apply. We may end or change any offer at any time, and may cancel a discount used in a way it wasn't meant to be.
- Specialty treatments (spot, pet odor, heavy soil, protector) improve the chance of good results but do not guarantee any result.
4. Booking, changes and cancellations
- A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm a date and arrival window with you by text, call or email. Arrival windows are estimates; traffic, weather and earlier jobs can cause delays, and we are not responsible for any loss caused by a late arrival.
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, if no adult is there to let us in, or if we arrive and can't safely do the work because of conditions you didn't tell us about (no water, no power, no safe parking or access, unsafe or unsanitary conditions), we may charge a trip fee up to the visit minimum.
- We may reschedule or cancel for weather, illness, equipment failure, safety or other reasons. If we cancel, you owe nothing for that visit, and we owe you nothing beyond rescheduling, plus a refund of any deposit you paid for that visit if you ask for one.
- Deposits. For some bookings we ask for a deposit to hold your date. A deposit is applied to your final bill. It is refunded if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less notice, don't let us in, or we can't do the work for any reason listed above, the deposit is kept as a late-cancellation fee, which you agree is a reasonable estimate of our lost time and booking. If a deposit is required, your date is not held until it's paid. Disputing a deposit charge with your card company does not cancel this agreement.
- Waitlist. Joining a waitlist for a full day doesn't reserve anything. If a spot opens we'll let you know, and it goes to whoever books it first.
5. What you agree to do
- Authority. You are the owner of the property and the items to be cleaned, or you have the owner's permission (for example, a renter with landlord permission). You accept responsibility if you don't.
- Tell us what you know. Before we start, tell us about stains you've treated, products you've used, prior water damage, pet accidents, loose seams, rips, delamination, recent installation, known defects, delicate or valuable items, and anything else that could affect the work.
- Prepare the area. Remove small items, breakables, valuables, papers, electronics, plants, cords, and anything under or on furniture. Remove or secure floor-length drapes and bed skirts.
- Provide working electricity, access to water (a sink or tub), adequate lighting, and safe access and parking near the door.
- Keep people and pets safe. Keep children and pets away from the work area, equipment, hoses and wet surfaces during and after cleaning.
- Inspect with us. Walk the areas with us before we start and do a final walk-through before we leave if you can. If you aren't present, you accept our assessment of the condition before and after cleaning.
6. Stains, odors and results
We do not guarantee that any stain, spot, odor, discoloration or condition will be removed, reduced or improved.
Results depend on things we can't control: what caused the stain, how long it's been there, what was used on it before, the fiber, the dye, the backing and pad, the age and wear of the material, and the original manufacturing. We will make a reasonable effort with the methods we choose, but cleaning is not a promise of a particular outcome. In particular:
- Permanent or partly permanent stains include bleach and chemical spots, dyes from drinks (red drinks, coffee, tea, wine, sports drinks), food coloring, makeup, hair dye and hair products, nail polish, ink, rust, mustard, plant food, medications, acne and skin products, urine and feces that have soaked in, and any stain that has set over time.
- Stains treated before with store-bought spot removers, oxygen or enzyme cleaners, or home remedies are often harder or impossible to remove, and may have already caused color loss.
- Wicking and reappearing spots. Soil or stains deep in the backing or pad can wick back to the surface as carpet dries, sometimes days later.
- Pet urine and odors. Urine that has reached the pad or subfloor can keep causing odor and yellow stains even after treatment, especially in humid weather. Fully fixing it may require replacing pad or sealing the subfloor, which we don't do. We do not guarantee odor removal of any kind, including pet, smoke, mildew or food odors.
- Wear isn't dirt. Traffic lanes, matting, crushing, fraying, fading, sun damage, furniture indentations and color loss are physical changes to the fiber. Cleaning won't fix them and may make them easier to see once the dirt is gone.
- Color loss looks like stains. Areas where color is gone (from bleach, sunlight or chemicals) can't be cleaned back.
During the walk-through we may point out areas unlikely to improve. Not pointing out an area does not mean we promise it will come out.
7. Pre-existing conditions and cleaning risks
We aren't responsible for conditions that existed before we arrived, or for damage caused by them, even if cleaning makes them visible or worse. You understand that cleaning can sometimes reveal or cause the following, especially with older, worn, poorly installed, low-quality or previously damaged materials, and you accept these risks:
- Shrinkage, rippling, buckling, seam separation, delamination (the backing coming apart), loose or unraveling edges, and stretching problems.
- Color bleeding, dye migration, browning or yellowing (called cellulosic browning), water rings and watermarks, especially on natural fibers, jute backings and some upholstery.
- Changes in texture, pile, sheen or softness; fuzzing or pilling; and the appearance of previously hidden stains, damage or wear.
- Problems with the pad, tack strip, subfloor or floor beneath the carpet, including existing moisture, mold, mildew or rot.
- Damage to items that were loose, fragile, poorly constructed, or already damaged.
8. Furniture and belongings
- As a courtesy, we may move light furniture such as chairs, small tables and end tables, at your risk. We don't move beds, dressers, entertainment centers, pianos, safes, china cabinets, aquariums, electronics, or anything heavy, fragile, valuable or full. We clean around them.
- We aren't responsible for damage to furniture or items with hidden weaknesses (loose legs, weak joints, glued parts), or to items you didn't remove or tell us about.
- We place pads or tabs under furniture legs we move, as a precaution. Leave them in place until the carpet is completely dry. We aren't responsible for rust, stain or dye transfer from furniture legs, bases or items placed on damp carpet.
- We aren't responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged money, jewelry, papers, keys, small items or valuables left in the work area.
9. Upholstery and rugs
- Upholstery and rugs vary widely. Fabrics marked “S” (solvent only) or “X” (vacuum only), natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, wool, jute and sisal, velvet and velour, leather and suede, antique or handmade items, and items without a care tag carry higher risk. We may decline to clean any item, or clean it only at your risk.
- Upholstery can shrink, bleed, water-spot, brown, or change texture. Cushion covers may not fit after cleaning and should not be removed or machine-washed. We are not responsible for these outcomes.
- Area rugs are cleaned on site unless we agree otherwise. Rugs may bleed, shrink, curl, or reveal dry rot or prior damage. Fringe may not come fully clean.
10. Drying, slipping and aftercare
- Drying usually takes a few hours but can take much longer depending on humidity, airflow, temperature, carpet type and soil level. We don't guarantee any drying time.
- Wet carpet, floors next to cleaned areas, stairs and our hoses can be slippery. You agree to use care and to keep others, children and pets away until surfaces are dry. You accept the risk of slips and falls on or near cleaned or damp areas, and of tripping over equipment.
- Avoid walking on damp carpet in shoes, keep pets off it, and don't replace furniture or items until it's completely dry. Run the air conditioning, heat or fans to speed drying.
- Some spots, wicking or soil may appear after drying. Report them within 72 hours (see section 13).
- Mold and mildew can grow when there is already moisture in the floor or the home's humidity is high. We aren't responsible for mold, mildew or odors related to drying conditions or existing moisture.
11. Work we may refuse or stop
We may decline or stop any job, without liability, if we believe the work could damage the item, if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary (including biohazards, mold, pests such as bedbugs or fleas, aggressive animals, or threatening behavior), if the item is outside what we clean, or if you don't agree to these terms. If we stop for a reason caused by conditions at the property, you owe for the work done and any trip fee.
12. Payment
- Payment is due in full when the work is done, by card, cash, check, or another method we accept. We may require payment up front for large jobs or commercial work.
- Not liking a result doesn't excuse payment; the re-clean policy in section 13 is how we handle that.
- Unpaid balances may be charged a late fee as allowed by law, and you agree to pay reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency and attorney fees, to the extent allowed by law. Returned checks or reversed payments may be charged a returned-payment fee up to the maximum allowed by Arkansas law.
- Business and landlord accounts. Approved business accounts may be billed on the payment terms shown on their invoices, or monthly for all finished work. Business pricing and terms are offered at our discretion and can be changed or ended with notice. The account holder is responsible for paying for all work booked under the account, by anyone using it, and confirms they have the property owner's permission to have the work done. Unpaid business balances past their due date may lose business terms and pricing.
- If you dispute a card charge for work we performed, we may share these terms, your booking record, photos and messages with the card company.
13. Re-clean policy and claims
- Re-clean. If you're not satisfied with how an area was cleaned, tell us within 72 hours of the job. If we agree the area wasn't cleaned properly, we'll come back and re-clean that area once at no charge. Conditions described in sections 6 and 7 don't qualify. A re-clean is your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with results. We don't give refunds for results, except where we decide, in our sole discretion, to offer a partial refund instead of a re-clean.
- Damage claims. If you believe we damaged your property, you must tell us in writing (text or email is fine) within 72 hours of the job, include clear photos, and let us inspect the item before it is repaired, replaced, cleaned by anyone else or thrown away. If you don't, the claim is waived. We decide whether any damage was caused by our work and not by pre-existing conditions, wear, defects or events after we left.
- If we accept a claim, we choose whether to repair, have it repaired by someone we choose, or pay the reasonable repair cost or depreciated (not replacement) value, always subject to section 15.
14. No warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our services and this website are provided “as is.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or workmanlike quality, and no warranty that any stain, odor, spot or condition will be removed. Nothing anyone says or writes, including on this website, in ads, or in messages, creates a warranty or guarantee unless it is in a signed written agreement.
15. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of use, loss of rent, lost time, lost wages, inconvenience, emotional distress, or the cost of alternative housing or services, however caused.
- We are not liable for any loss caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear, manufacturing or installation defects, the age or quality of materials, products used before our visit, conditions you did not tell us about, events after we leave, or your failure to follow these terms or our instructions.
- Our total liability for all claims of any kind relating to a job, these terms or this website, whether in contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other theory, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
- Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the service date, or it is permanently barred.
Some laws don't allow certain limits on liability. In those cases, these limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for our own fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
16. Your responsibility for claims
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Priestley Holdings LLC, its owners, employees and contractors from claims, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) brought by you, members of your household, tenants, landlords, guests or anyone else, that arise from: your breach of these terms; your lack of authority to have the items cleaned; conditions at the property you didn't disclose; people or pets entering the work area or wet surfaces; or slips, trips or falls on or near cleaned areas or equipment after we have warned you, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
17. Photos
We may take before, during and after photos of the areas and items we clean to document conditions and results. You agree that we may use photos that don't show people, your address, or identifying details in our marketing, on this website and on social media. Tell us before the job if you'd rather we not use your photos for marketing; we'll still keep them for our records.
18. Texts, calls and email
By giving us your phone number and email, you agree that we may contact you by call, text and email about your booking, your service, payment, reviews, and meal-plan proof, and occasionally to remind you when it may be time for another cleaning. If you start a booking and don't finish it, we may email you your saved quote and a discount up to two times, and we'll text you about it only if you ticked the box asking for texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or tell us to stop. We don't sell your contact information; see our Privacy Policy.
19. The meal plan
We set aside 2% of the price of each paid job, plus any extra amount you choose to add, to buy meals for people experiencing homelessness in Central Arkansas. This is a business commitment by Priestley Holdings LLC, not a charitable donation by you, and it is not tax-deductible. We decide how, when and where meals are bought or given, and meal counts are approximate. Extra amounts you add are not refundable once your job is paid. Meal proof is provided as a courtesy and may be delayed.
20. Using this website
- The price calculator and all information on this site are for general information and estimates only, and may contain errors. Photos show results on particular jobs and are not a promise of your results.
- You agree not to misuse the site, submit false bookings, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- The site's content, design, logos and text belong to Priestley Holdings LLC. Don't copy them without permission.
- Links to other websites are for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.
- We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for any loss from using it.
21. Disputes and governing law
- Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, you agree to contact us and give us at least 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Any dispute will be resolved only in the state courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, including small claims court, and you agree to that location and jurisdiction.
- To the extent allowed by law, claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, and you waive any right to a jury trial.
22. Everything else
- Events beyond our control. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by weather, power or water outages, illness, accidents, vehicle or equipment breakdown, government action, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
- Helpers. We may use employees or independent contractors to perform services; these terms protect them too.
- Whole agreement. These terms, your booking confirmation, and any written agreement signed by us are the entire agreement between us, and they override anything said or written before. A change only counts if it is in writing from us.
- Severability. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is limited only as much as needed.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a term once, we can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. You can't transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the business is sold.
- Survival. Sections 6 through 9 and 12 through 22 continue after the job is done.
- Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.”
